Uranium bear market since Fukushima was brutal.. all uranium companies struggled, some don't even exist today. You did what you needed to do to survive until the good times (ie now).. But the past is past!
Looking forward to next few months/years.. i think buying now and keep for a few years will pay off
I mean, PEN is heading into production in a couple of months, and is fully funded until positive cash flow. Also spot and long term U prices are only going up from here, and we are early in a U bull market. Has the company ever been in a better position than it is right now!?!
Even PEN's latest 6 year contract that they signed is alone around $100M in income over the 6 years. That's just one contract!
PEN market cap is $300M.
Good luck to anyone wanting to build a uranium mine and processing plant (no third party tolling arrangement) for under $300M. And how long will that take too? 10+ years for an explorer?
So it's obvious that I think PEN is undervalued (dont just take my word for it.. analysts like Shaw & Partners said the same previously when compared to the likes of BOE).. but that's just all IMO.. DYOR
