Quite simply PSL is just in an underfunded position for the patersons province. Yes they can do some drilling shallow in the known existing drill area, but that is not what you are in the province for and that's not the game. The major significant ore bodies are deep as everyone knows. These drill programs are expensive, PSL doesn't have the funds for that. There will be more dilution before there is any testing of deep targets (if you are lucky you will get 1 wildcat hole on the current funds). Or you partner up with a major, who will screw this management (and in turn shareholders) over as they don't have the experience in dealing with top tier companies and large farm-ins.
