If you don't consolidate, shareholders cry about to many shares on issue, if you consolidate they fear the sp dropping. Mcap will remain the self, it's undervalued now ( for the potential what could be ) and it's even more undervalued if drilling and results come closer. It doesn't change any fundamentals for psl and if the sp falls then it means an even greater buying opportunity. For me it's a positive thing but understand the fear of people who were burnt by consolidations. I will watch closely and will add massively if the sp drops.
