Can anyone share their thoughts on the timing of this? I have now seen multiple companies announce a consolidation for the same time period. Is the idea to start trading pre xmas to try minimize volume and potential sell off?
After putting some thought into it, I think 15:1 is far too aggressive. 5:1 is more appropriate for the current circumstances. I'll be voting no.
