Looks as if the consolidation is going ahead. From my reading, the PYC shares will trade at the new price on the 15th. There is a deferred settlement for ABOUT 9 DAYS which should make for some extra trading possibilities for those who know how to do that. It might reduce the number of sellers as receiving the funds will be delayed until the 26th.( I think)
share holding certificates will be issued in due course, but you’ll have 10% only of your original holding. The price they trade at should be exactly 10x the closing price, but there may be some divergence from mathematical precision. $1.90-$2.00 is my guess, but it depends on closing price the day before.
