    This is a disaster, both companies as useless as one another, and QFY willing to pay substantial amount to acquire a company with no balance sheet or record of sales to show for. How is this going to improve QFY besides providing QFY with a licence to supply wholesale that may or not work. That is one very expensive licence imho.
