The reason RFG is doing this, is so they don't continue to look like a tin-pot, mining exploration micro cap type stock.
There are no quality stocks trading on the asx for 6c, but there are plenty of 'others' to put it politely.
So in conclusion:
This is to effect future 'perception', maybe in conjunction with their change of name, (no more 'RFG historical google searches)
