This is just a dreadful discission from Redflow management at this time there is a natural floor to the share price it can't go much lower. So, in all a reflection is a consolidation is going to do is give the share price room to drift lower and in real term shareholder will lose more of their hard earn cash.
Plus there is the cost of doing this at a time when all efforts should be on selling battery's not concocting a hair brain scheme to relieve shareholder of cash. As has been shown in all of the CRs Redflow does not support it shareholder with an information flow. Its time they got on with the job of selling battery's and allow this action to justify a share price. They are a penny stock, and this reflects the quality of management. If they want a higher share price, then just give us better management and the price will go up accordingly without consolidation. Why is the management team wasting time on this BS. They have not put forward a firm plan to increase sale apart from wait and see. Just the act of getting more installer in Australia would help. To many high paid seat warmers and not enough action. Richard was the main man behind the factory, so I am surprised to see him go at this time when the factory is cranking up, he was the technical no how behind its set up. His departure was material to Redfow and should have been announced at the time. All changes to top level management should be put to shareholders as price sensitive and in Richard case more so because of the ramp up of the factory.
