This is way beyond me, it sounds ok in theory though I do see it costing a lot to do the accounting.
Also a higher SP and less shares on issue is more appealing to institutional investors because… It seems like a better structure?
I don’t really get it, sounds like your just changing what it looks like but it’s still the same.?
Can anyone shed some non negative light on this?
