No to consolidation but would vote yes to removal of the board.
All consolidation does is to give the sp more room to fall.
10 to 1 consolidation means for every 10 shares you currently have after consolidation you will one have 1 share.
Current sp .001, after consolidation sp should be 1 cent but I bet it opens lower
