There simply wasn't a need to. This is a consolidation,not a credit raise! At 1.5c there was fluidity with trading. At 0.2c there isnt. A price movement from 0.2c to 0.3c is 50%! A similar movement from 1.5c to 1.51c is almost negligible at 0.67% and cant be played like a 50% cycle can at the minimum share price indice can. Or a 33% cycle at 0.002 to 0.003. Or 25% cycle at 0.003 to 0.004c.
This consolidation with return RR1 back to a normalised trading pattern and is marvellous news!
