It will trade that day, but there are more announcements to come between now and then - change of name and quotation etc. and.... plenty of 3Bs before resumption. The 12,668,353 figure is the consolidated OFP shares before the issue of consideration shares, capital raising shares etc. Should be 144,593,854 shares on issue at time of relisting.
It is good the expected time frame will be close to being met.
