You can't be compelled to participate in a sale of unmarketable shares. If the new SAS constitution (supposedly available on the SAS website, but buggered if I can see it) provides to the contrary, it is inconsistent with the ASX listing rules.
TBH, I don't understand the complaints about the consolidation ratio. Your shares are worthless now.
