I do not think they are consolidating for reasons of a CR at this stage at least.
My thoughts are they want a lot less shares on issue for when they start doing
a much more aggressive drill campaign targeting the Massive/Matrix Sulphides.
They know where they are now and as the saying goes want alot more bang
for the buck.
Not easy to move a share price with nearly 3 Billion on issue. 291 Million should
get more traction on decent hits and grades. Not to mention they are going to do
a lot more exploration and follow up drilling on other targets and tenements.
There will be a lot more news flow and catalysts to move the share price.
It makes sense to me to do it now then start dropping the drill results and exploration
results when there are much less shares on issue.
But i am very aware not all shareholders enjoy consolidation and i have been on
both sides the winners and the losers after consolidation. It will depend largely
what this company can discover to see which side of the coin we end up with.
