On August 11th, for every 150 SYA shares you have, you will get 1 'consolidated' share; the net value is unchanged. After this, the 'new co' Elevra Lithium Limited will be created at a ratio of "3.5133" (this value is tbc) SYA shares per PLL share.
For example, if you have 1,500,000 SYA shares @ $0.015 (value $22,500), you get 100,000 SYA @ $0.225 consolidated (value $22,500).
At merger with PLL, you will hold approximately 28,463 "ELL." However, the final value/share price may be higher (or lower) depending on what the market thinks of this deal's value. Anyone welcome to correct me, thats my take.
