i think it reads there going to milk us for $6 million , Priority Offer to Rox holders, for 30mil shares , the previous was 20mil and 10mil Public Offer of Cannon Shares ,no public offering now ,means all the shares in cannons remain with rox and current holders till listing ,so anyone one wanting a slice of our nickel will have to buy on market ,supply and demand ,good strategist move , probably the best thing i read in the announcement . i will list mine @$1 each
