Here is what I understand. I have seen the Term Sheet
For retail holders.
1. There will be a Capital Raise. As of 4/12/24 they will offer up to $5M value of shares at $0.005 to retail holders.
S.P.P. closes 17/12/24
2. Monday 23/12/24 AGM held to ratify the issue of new shares.
3. 24/12/24 Settlement of funds for new shares4. 27/12/24 new shares are issued.
4. Recommencement of trading POST CONSOLIDATION at 1 new/ 100 old shares.
Therefore, for every 100 share you own as of Friday 27/12/24 you will own 1 share in the new TNC. At an effective issue price of $0.50 @
( for every 1000 shares held on 27/12/24 you finish with 10 shares issued at $0.50)
I do not know whether retail holders will get the free attaching option but I presume so. It is a good way for the company to get more capital injected down the track if they are successful.
