not shareholders, its just more opportunity for further decline.
It makes the directors look better; when they need to raise cash they can talk 20c rather than 2c, makes them sound like they're not from a two bit cellar dweller where management have no idea what they're doing....(one quick google search should clear that one up pretty quickly).
TZ is Africa - wild, ungoverned, unbelievable, forever emerging......and dominated by big cats (just one breed that can never can their spots)
