I think some investors might bauk at buying shares worth $0.003 cents a share. It does scream of dilution and inability to land a income producing project.
If you believe this time it is different and the company's poised to take off then it may add some gravatas to the share price in move upward.
While it has next to zero effect on the bottom line in terms of market cap it does seem a bit tidier. It is a lot closer to being a dollar share now.
I like a public company that does not have a gazillion shares on issue but that is just me.
