not sure why it needs a massive project, it just needs to support its market cap just like it does now. I would love coogee to extend further out to confirm its viability but if it does not then share price and a share to market value basis stays relatively the same, maybe a bit lower as people lose patience with the company.
the same can be said for apple that lost 13% of their share value despite sitting on 80b of cash. Shares prices fluctuate. If your tired and see a better opportunity then go for it. If not then stick around and shit post me for being wrong . I don’t mind which you do.
