nope, it's correct
you have to understand the fundamentals behind BS does not apply to company warrants because you can ex company warrants whenever you want
so the time value is really the time it takes for you to do the paperwork to ex the warrant
BS only applies to options that can only be ex on the ex date, not before so they put a lot of emphasis on time value
the market never agrees with BS pricing for company options because that's not how it's valued
look into binomial tree calc if you want to value company options
