Interesting announcement, but not totally unexpected ahead of its LSE listing
1.4B shares on issue will be converted to 28m shares on issue on the 9th October
They could be using this to attract larger investors ahead of its LSE listing this year, particularly those where there investment mandate does not allow them to invest in companies where the share price is under a certain level
Expect it to come on the market @ around the $1+ level if it holds this current share price leading up to the consolidation date
