I really wonder if ASIC conduct any oversight on companies doing stock consolidations and cap raises despite continuously paying themselves handsome salaries and stock options?
These guys should be investigated to determine the real reason for the Singapore shutdown and the justification of a salary of £163,200 per annum not to mention the millions of options, complete BS.
Another stinker awaits financial year end capital loss column...
