Cheers mate, as for ZLD doing the consolidation, pretty brutal and telling here consolidation is not a good sign at all, cant think of examples of it working out, but countless examples of the share price falling in value after, as it has more room to fall.
Consolidation, literally only going to help management raise money in making the share price look more appealing for a cap raise. Doesnt help shareholders in anyway, infact it hurts shareholders in time and money sunk in the process and also gives the share price further to fall.
Management clearly want to pay themselves for as long as they can with achieving Sweet F All for any shareholders, infact shareholders in all likelihood are all going to lose everything.
