EIG needs to up offer to met the market or piss off. A hostile offer will now lock them into minority until they get to 90%.
Challanging a major shareholder through the press is STUPID IMO.
At least a hostile bid will bring in other parties and allow EIG to save face.
All holders can now hold, take hostile offer or SoA if the vote gets up?
