The gradual accumulation we have seen the past week points towards instos slowly accumulating without forcing up the price. It is generally how they operate without spooking the market and letting it rocket away... they don't want to buy at a premium like the rest of us, but once their targets are filled at the price they have given themselves (16/17c range) it will very quickly be let off the leash, and IMO 20c minimum will be the new base support. If gold continues up, anything up to 30c short term.
