A bit late but as quoted above, I'm finally starting to see others out there noticing a rotation from high risk high return holdings to lower risk lower return in light of inflation and a higher IR environment.

In the coming high IR environment I'm glad AIS is debt free and the beauty of being cashflow positive is that AIS now have a new $35m bond facility and $20m Working Capital facility with ANZ to smooth out cashflow if needed. Many doors open to AIS to deal with eventualities moving forward.
