They've got GK by the short and curly!!! I am starting to feel really sad for the guy! What do his family think of him I wonder?! He could have left the company when 49D was happening with a really good fortune to enjoy and let his kids and grand kids enjoy ... some $3mil-$4mil has gone to about $150k for him!!!!!!
What a sad story ALL rounds for absolutely everyone ... including "new" directors ... they will not last long in the job as the SP will dive soon and they will not be able to raise capital given their fundamentals have not changed since last failed CR. Lose-lose-lose-lose situation. Have to say one of the saddest stories on AXS having absolutely all the hallmarks of things you don't want about a public company.
