Wasn't one of the resolutions in the AGM, if successful, to update the constitution to allow future AGM's to be held virtually, physically or both? (The reason why they haven't been able to be recorded in the past, contrary to pabs conspirascy that they choose not to in order to hide something).
I also seem to remember them sneaking some other interesting things in as well bundled up together
