In my humble technical opinion the technical risk is being downplayed here and there are more questions than answers:

1. How do you manage to source an autoclave to process 15T of ore per week? There is a typical 6 month lead time on a pilot scale version and a 18 month lead time on a commercial unit. As this is the largest piece of capital in the plant some explanation around that is required.

2. How do you manage to achieve 94% leach extraction across all three elements ie Ni, Co, Sc. Seems way to high in my humble opinion.

2. What SX route for Cobalt and Nickel is being proposed to use? Goro or some other?

2. What specifically is the standard SX circuit to produce Sc? Very important to clarify this as it is at the head of the Hydromet circuit and you must remove Sc before neutralisation. If Sc extraction was that easy then why is Sumitomo, CLQ, Scandium International, etc all going different process options.

3. What grade NiSO4, CoSO4, Sc2O3 products are they proposing to make?
