I agree with metguru and in addition to his points, end users do not consider product from pilot/demonstration plants to be equivalent to that from full size plants. There will be no off-take (perhaps MOU's, usually worth nothing) until full size plant is up. This seriously impacts potential financing.
However, a successful demonstration plant could very well attract potential JV partners. AUZ shareholders would take a haircut, but could be a satisfactory outcome.
A word of caution, AUZ has repeatedly promised the world and delivered nothing. I am one of the victims, and therefore are certainly biased.
