Refer to the Consolidation document, that has some details of the expected cap raising.
But I suggest you do the numbers at the dilution involved, as the 'vendors' are getting a pretty healthy slice of the company as well as salaries. These total around $1m pa from what I read. (see my previous posts).
I certainly hope they can get this happening, but 2 concerns:
- not much detail on actual construction & launch costs (could be $10m for all we know) and likely income, although some posters are counting on clipping the ticket on every phone call etc. which might be a bit of a stretch.
Basic Economics tells me that you need to look at the 'barriers to entry' to any industry, in assessing it's investment merit. Just saying... but DYOR.
