As far as I'm aware, not many uranium projects ever gets built on time and on budget, so $5M overrun when we'll probably be in production within 9 months is not a concern for me.

I don't think they are fully funded.
They currently have $49.6M USD cash, and the estimated cost to get to production has been increased from $53.4M USD to $73.4M USD.
