I don't understand why people are continually posting incorrect information by stating PEN is fully funded to production
PEN is NOT fully funded to production as of today or last month or when the CR was announced
There are two different milestones PEN is speaking about:
1 - Production: which is being stated as Dec 2024 but more likely sometime during Q1CY25 (going by history)
2 - Free cashflow positive: which is being stated as Q32025 but more likely sometime during Q42025 (going by history)
The recent announcement stated pre-production capital expenses have increased by ~US$20m and to free cashflow positive increased by ~$5m ... again different things and why the sell down occurred yesterday IMO
PEN is banking on two things to ensure they have the funds needed to be fully funded:
1 - Hoping the PEN SP constantly remains above $0.10 so that the options are converted
2 - Debt from either the US Government or through private means (hopefully US Government)
I don't understand why people are continually posting incorrect...
