Very hard to work out end game and reality of PEN's actual status. Lots of conflicting inputs here just makes it harder, not to mention personal agendas. The only reality is that PEN has been in it for a very very very.. long time and you would think it is, most likely, defiant in making it work out and be a profitable company.

Many comments with regards to errors and judgments but in reality there is no knowing of what is the RIGHT/BEST thing to do, all that anyone can do is make best judgment then put a plan forward and run with it, right or wrong will surface over time. The only issue is, if there are key decision makers that are arrogant at the Board level looking after themselves or lack experience, even that will eventually fix itself up.

Too much hype and games by investors only adds noise and uncertainty, possibly intentional and good for some to take advantage of dropped price and make a quick buck?

Message is keep a level head and get rid of the noise, Board members need to clean up their act and get this company up and running quick smart, if they are not sure of how to do that they need to get someone in that can.
