They are surface scalping and have put in some Hv switchgear.
No talk of pouring concrete for foundations yet , and in surprising news they sent their engineers fro Korea to talk to their engineers in Spain to see how to better build the facility. After 3 years ! They finally get some members of their company to talk to some others in their company .
They really have damn all to say , this is just a filler.
