Nah, I completely hate that an ex-Prime Ministers kids are on the Board without an obvious connection to the industry...but in this specific contract I see it as a cheap option.
I've kind of accepted that part of buying into a company with a Majority holder is that you kind of take whatever is offered in regards to Corporate Governance...but that's probably a big part of why you can buy it at such a huge discount to NTA.
