I agree. In my opinion 1 to 2 days late when the shares were not trading, is not worth ASIC bothering with. Also in my opinion the ASX tried to make the Visa disclosure into a big issue because they have been unable to find any other big issues and they were getting desperate. Hopefully the court will see what the ASX has been doing and rule accordingly. A reasonable person would expect the ASX to lose the court case and be made to pay damages to ISX.
