    May help to read the other post "Blausen" as the agreement is beneficial to both organizations.

    Blausen are able to use one xTV patent / xTV cloud to have any mobile phone of any doctor/nurse/patient as a remote control for any screens screening their videos on any TV's which they weren't able to do before.

    Probably not one side licencing too much to the other as both will benefit from this longer term.
