xTV Networks Ltd (“xTV” the “Company”) (ASX: XTV) today announces the licensing of Blausen Medical’s Human Atlas video content library to expand its cloud TV network healthcare product offering.
Healthcare providers can now choose specialized content to use on their xTV platform from a growing list of providers. The demand for healthcare-based cloud TV networks has rapidly increased the need to complement healthcare provider’s own video content with third-party content to address the needs of patients, staff and providers.
Adding ready-to-use content to their cloud TV networks saves time, cost and provides differentiation to address ever-changing needs of healthcare organizations in their use of technology to modernize legacy practices. “We are proud to announce our partnership with xTV”, said Bruce Blausen, CEO of Blausen Medical. “Our goal is to have xTV’s customers access our 3D medical animations on monitors within waiting and exam rooms. xTV’s solutions allow patients, nurses and doctors to view lifeaffecting information while using their own smartphone as the remote control.
