Why on earth would you let go 80% of one of your most valuable assets that has billions of tonnage of coal sitting in the ground? It will be interesting to see if Don Turvey has some hidden options or unlisted shares in this new entity who ever it maybe? Very careless not telling the share holders what the financials are on this deal if any and I am starting to believe they don't care about the shareholders at all. Or is the deal worth a over $200,000,000 which will well and truly pay for the development of De whitts? Beginning to believe these South Africans are full of lies.
