I think the market fully understand NY and the "slant" on reporting; there is a track record here from EXR and most juniors. Good but not unexpected result and we will continue to inch forward but the rate and final success may not live up to all expectations.
The question is where is the next cash coming from and how much dilution, are we rising enough to get us to the next risk reporting event or something more sustainable that maps the trajectory of EXR.
