Yep. Look at how long it's taken OMA to secure a rig, these activities are usually booked 6-12 months in advance, and then you're at the whim of the contractor being held to ransom by one the the super majors whether they allow you to service a minion like us or OMA.
The conduct of HAL leaves a lot to be desired though, contractual obligation or not, to leave a tool jabbed without rectifying it speaks volumes to their business model. I wonder if they'd do that to their current client......
