    Siphoning cash off via a loan for services rendered by AXIS without any formal records and unable to explain to the ASX in a clear and concise manner with numerous potential conflicts of interest.

    Who on earth would pay for services via a loan. $13.8 million of shareholder funds wasted over the years.
