the valuation is an estimate and not a definitive price set by the company as they continue to negotiate with the SPAC. I spoke with Andrew keys briefly yesterday, and my understanding is that CBR have answered all questions to the ASX standard, except for listing the SPACS name.

It will be interesting to see how the AGM goes, I do believe we will float anywhere between 40c to the valuation of $1.40 depending on the macro environment and many other factors at that time. Good to see that the SPAC has been in Australia and has commenced thorough due diligence to date, end of November can’t come quick enough.
