    Makes its own announcement and marks it "price sensitive" when the stock has been in a trading halt for 8 months.

    And how tough is it acting now that its all too late for shareholders? Never a "please explain" while RAN took the march down from $1 to under 1c, but now its apparently busy looking out for shareholders. Straight out disgrace.
