    I assume you’re here in Aus. We know Hoshi is on site in NY and probably talks and catches up with Chuck Schumer on a regular basis as he is seen on campus quite a lot and he’s “their guy on the hill” so Hoshi would know exactly what is what in the DOE funding requirement. So you cannot be serious that he doesn’t know he doesn’t have to find $700 mill in equity partners!
