Have to disagree with you there. The bagging out of Vlado and Scott is justified.

The issue has never been the funding, Vlado has managed to get premium funding in the past many times. The company has had more money than they know what to do with.

The main issue is the lack of revenue. The company has signed more than enough deals, however there has been little to no revenue, not even enough to break even. They continue to pay their fat wages, pretend to sign more deals and milk the shareholders and ATO for more money.
