I don't have a real explanation for this, but I think it's highly unlikely that the submission of the half-yearly report was simply forgotten... otherwise it would have been sent to the ASX 5 minutes later...

or that it hadn't been created yet... that really doesn't fit with Tivan and Grant... it would be like forgetting Christmas... No, that can't be the reason...

I rather assume that the extension is absolutely in Tivan's interest and that a big investor is really coming there... complex contracts take time... at least that would be my wishful thinking... we can all do it just wait, maybe today maybe tomorrow….
