Normally CR is normally straight forward. As mentioned TVN went into trading halt KRR renegotiate terms for Speewah vanadium last month complicate CR as TVN has immediately pay KRR $1M more rasie over $5M. Top of that if shares trading less 10 cent in years time TVN has issue shares to make up difference. Speewah is very good assets but until it move forward TVN going need cut quaterly cash burn rate.
